Nancy Kline, within the powerful book 'Time to think' says that this is about giving people to headspace to give a 'full and accurate picture of reality'. This, as I discuss with Rebecca Norton, means we need to prompt, via true interest, the time needed to get beyond initial spoken positions and thoughts.
